Hi everyone. I hope this is the right place to post this. I'm familiar with the armbands, but the rest I'm not too sure about. I recently placed an AD and got a response, this was part of a couple helmets this person has. Any opinions will really help in deciding to buy anything or not. Thanks a bunch!

The SS service award would normally have the "tear drop" ring or ribbon attachement.

Chimaira, the plaque looks fake it should have a stand in the back if original. If the plague is solid in the back those have been floating around the flea markets for a long time.

Thanks for the replies, I thought the SS medal looked shiny and not original. Thanks for all of the opinions, I'm looking into purchasing mostly the armbands now at this point, they seem original. Also the belt buckle as well. Thanks again!
