Newbie here. Normally I collect daggers but would like to buy a HJ &/ or leader uniform. I simply don't know who I can trust, can you offer up some help w/ some web sites? To date , I haven't seen one offered up on this site.

So either I've posted in the wrong place or there aren't any honest dealers out there? Steve

I don't know of anyone selling a HJ or leaders uniform but there are many good honest dealers and collectors you can buy from.Check past threads about good / bad dealers and HJ uniforms in general.You'll be able to get a feel for who you can trust.You can try the big name dealers like Bill Shea ( www.therupturedduck.com ) or my friends sites www.JohnCasino.com and www.germanwarbooty.com . If they don't have what your looking for leave them a "Wanted List". Sooner or later your bound to find what your looking for.I just picked up my first HJ shirt Saturday after 12 years collecting.
Good hunting! ![]() |

Thanks Russ.I just picked up a pair of the winter black corduroy shorts and an armband.I put a SA cross strap on untill I could find the proper one.Lots of little bits and pieces to pick up still,but that's half the fun of collecting.A proper sized mannequin would be a big help also.

Great display Macki. Does the brown shirt have awards loops sewn to it or are the pins pinned through the shirt it's self?
|
|||
|
they were pined right to it no loops

Thanks Macki,I wanted to add a few accessory's and not sure how the HJ did it.I don't want to do any damage.Maybe just put a HJ pin and a tinnie as Russ suggested.
Steve,as you can see most uniform displays come together piece by piece from different sources.Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. ![]() |

Well fellows, I am really discouraged now. How am I to put a collection together when yall have all the goodies? I know, be patient. Anyone know where I can buy some of that patience, I mean right now !
|
|||
|
![]() ![]() ![]() |
Believe me there's lots more stuff out there. I don't know about the thing you refer to as patience. I certainly don't have any of that

Macki , Your Collection looks fantastic !!
I love seeing a diverse selection ..much harder collecting that way but , it's a better representation of the various Uniforms the TR had. That RLB looks great in the background ...I'm still looking for one for my collection. |

got 65 crammed in one room and the up stairs hall |

A long time ago I use to have more Full Mannequins but ..it started to look like a Nazi ****tail Party so ...I switched to just Torso's ..that gave me a lot more room ..but , mine still looks like a Nazi Flea Market because I'm cramped too
