Hi I am offerd this crash helmet. I have not seen the inside but I wounder what kind it is . It seems that he eagle is the political one?? Who can help me??

this sort of looks like an italian tankers crash helmet with the first style NSKK Motorcycle Riders eagle on front,, Confused
