These are Female RAD (RADwJ) sleeve shields.
The Roman numerals are the "Bezirk" (region) numbers.
At the war's end there were 29 Bezirk.
The "LS" stands for Lager Schule.

I thought I might have at least one of these but don't. One more thing to look for at the upcomming shows. How many Lager Schule's were there?

There were at least 10.
Jack Angolia has a "L-S 10" sleeve shield pictured in his RAD book.
I don't know the exact number though.

If you ever look at this post again which I found on a google search of "RADwj sleeve," I am a collector of cloth insignia of the Third Reich and specifically do collect RAD female sleeve insignia by Bezirk numbers. I have about 23 different enlisted sleeve shields with different numbers, 12 different officer shields and one gold bevo Bezirk leader shield.
