The stitching and construction appears to be something worn by units of the eastern volunteer units ie urals etc

Been searching like crazy. Found some close,,but only close..Just a bump to the top,,maybe to jog some memory..

The reverse:

Yellow piping could indicate armenian volunteers but the golden embroidery matches nothing of the Ost volunteer insignia. I never seen anything like this, my guess would be that this is perhaps tab from some axis countries like Bulgaria/Yugoslavia or perhaps interwar Baltic states.
