Hello,

This cuff band is pretty rare. I beleive This became part of the Transportkorps Speer Group which was made up of NSKK and Foregin volunteers.

They ferried supplies to the troops fighting at the front.

This organization was shortlived. Albert Speer took command of the group following Todt's death in an airplane crash. The majority of the material found today relates to the Speer organizations.
