Interesting story, I saw that in TV yesterday.... Such stories can be seen twice a year here in CZ... There are two guys who are trying to locate "Amber chamber" and many more circa 15 years. They have US sponsors, are living from their money.... Each time when their sponsors arrive they rent people with metal detectors for 40USD/day to show activity. I have serious doubts they really want to find something, and if so, it will dissapear in Germany very quickly as Gestapo archives dug up near Pardubice few years ago... Mad

Search on hold? This can only mean they have hit the jackpot.

I wish they would stop behaving as if the general public are stupid. WMD springs to mind.

Legion hi,

May this msge find you well and in good health.

Why is it that your post has stirred enough interest (over three hundred), yet so few replies?

Is this an integrated community or a distant one? Surely, of all our members that cared to view your post, someone had the common courtesy to post a mere 'thanks for the info.'

I have to question myself sometimes.

Best regards,

Davey

Awsome story and post. Do you think they let the rest of world know if they discover anything?
Or just try to keep it quiet if they can.

Thanks Joe Semen

I would suspect that IF anything has been found they would halt the work pending inventory, security, and legal negotiations ref possible repatriation if any "national treasures" were located.
