Dear collegs! I have in my collection one porcellan germany Beer mug. I both it in Denmark. We don't have here in Russia any books about mug's. Could you, please, tell me from what time is this mug, and from what Germanys' region?

I forwarded the pics of the stein to a friend who is VERY knowledgeable about faience steins – that's what this purports to be. They are typically from 1800 and before.

He agreed with me that this is a reproduction from a much later time. It has been artificially aged to make it appear to be old.

Pretty but NOT authentic; it's value in relation to a genuine item is minimal.

Sorry.
