Roger,
This DKiG is something that I should definitely NOT have purchased. I am recovering from a house fire, and the loss of a collection that took over 23 years to accumulate.
A good friend who sympathized with my plight, made a remarkable offer on this piece that I simply could not refuse. I'm proud to own it, and I'm glad I bought it, but I was so strapped by the purchase, that I could only afford this repro box that I purchased from Reddick Militaria. I'm very pleased with the appearance and construction of the box, and my DKiG now has a much better home than the plastic coin stand that I almost doomed it to.
Some more photos follow.....

Cheers,
Bob.

sorry to hear of your loss. ive always worried about fire loss. or theft myself. most of this stuff has went sky high in price over the last 20 yrs. so starting over is tough..but hey looks like you are starting with a real keeper..

Amazing. To this day, I still say the cross in gold is the most aesthetically attractive TR era award.

Congrats and glad to hear it's working out for you Bob.
