I have recently purchased a boker maker marked ss, but cannot find any tang mark, i have owned daggers for a considerable time and cannot really find a fault. The blade has the typical Boker H on the inscription etc. The boker maker mark is clear, also there is a nice billet seam clamp mark, however no tang mark, has anybody come across this feature before of no tang mark on this period blade.
