Scabbard seems to exibit brown paint beneath the chips. So it maybe was an SA originally or a NSKK scabbard. In anycase the scabbard has early nickel fittings, while the dagger has proper later plated fittings.
Grip shows a crack all the way through. SS button maybe a replacement.
The condition is in a "Not Collector" grade.

The scabbards should never be stripped all the way down.
The screws will never thread back in correctly without re-tapping and will stick out as is shown in image.
I would "pass" on this example.
