Roman,
It looks like a good one to me.
Type 2, with single screw to the center scabbard band.
What about the price?

THANK YOU!
...the seller ask 2000 euro for it... there are NO SCREWS (only one on center fitting) and NO LOWER FITTING... is this price reasonable for uncomplete scabbard? I have only two days for my answer to the seller...

No, In my opinion, the price is too high for a scabbard that's missing the lower scabbard fitting. You can find lower fittings..no problem. But then you have a "parts" scabbard. Plus sometimes holes will not align correctly. Confused

2,000 Euro's for parts?! not for my money.
Maybe you wait till morning here and other members will give their opinion.

That's a lot of money for just a chain and an incomplete scabbard.

You paid 2,924.20 USD for a chain and incomplete scabbard? How much would you pay for the complete rig with dagger? Smile

Yes, I understand your sarcasm, but here these items really more expensive than in the Europe or USA... look - http://ww2.ru/good.php?id=6613 - the price 251 000 roubles = $10 000... not mint, not numbered... and its not a highest price... so, its my reality

Thank you Roman for the "reality check". I can't speak for my colleagues here but I always thought these items would be cheaper in Russia. At least they were back in 1991/2 when I was in Moscow. I would go to "Vernecasg" and buy many good things cheap. Well it looks like prices have changed dramatically! Eek Frown

Just because someone 'wants' a price dosen't mean you have to pay it. I would suppose for $10,000 you could fly to the Max or SOS and have your pick of several daggers; including your airfare, motel and food.

Roman it is not sarcasm. I live in Poland (close to Russia) but never heard anybody to ask $10000 for 1936 SS !!!! Recently this kind of piece reached value of 3800 Euro on Miliweb. I guess that collecting would be reasonable. As someone said "someone 'wants' a price dosen't mean you have to pay it".
Always look for, never stop searching and You will find occasions or maybe occasions will find You.

$3800 Euros = $5500 USD. You won't find too many decent 36's in the US for that price.
