My great grandfather was a LT. Colonel in the Navy in World War 2. I have two trunk fulls of his memorabilia from when he was in. I have run across a dagger has Alles Fur Deutschland on one side of the blade and rzm in a circle and M.7/67/39. on the other side. I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about it. Thank you for your reply.
Welcome to the forum. I'm sure that you'll find many people here very interested in what you've found. As for the dagger, try posting some photos in the SA/NSKK section (down one).

LdyBug; I believe you are new to this however, to get the best advice you seek I would suggest that you take pictures of the whole dagger and scabbard as clearly as possible. Folks here want to examine it from point to top, both sides and at different angles if possible. There are many things to view and the more that is seen the better information you will get back.
In this case more information is better as long as the shots are fairly clear and show the whole item(s). JMHO

From the pictures of the blade it appears to be heavily coated with oil or grease of some sort. If the blade was wiped clean with a soft cloth and better pictures shown forum members could you a better idea of value.
For one thing, the dagger appears to have been, at some time, taken apart and put back together backwards (ie: the motto on the blade and the eagle on the handle should be on the same side.)
If the condition is as corroded as it appears, I think this dagger would fall in the lower mid ranges of the prices quoted above.
