John Peppera has one.
And this wonderful cased full option example shown is currently owned by Brian Maederer. Formerly owned by the late Robert Waite.

Both examples are made by Alcoso. Have plain blades and exibit minor design variations from each other.

Also both are shown in Wittmann's SS tome.
