Looks like a fantasy dagger I saw in Manion's reproduction dagger section a couple of years ago. Think it sold for $300-$400. There is a Herrmann Goring Hunting Assoc. Fantasy fake that started on Manion's an ended up on a web site for over $900. The good news is that it is being sold as a Reproduction.

The first dagger is a joke, it never existed, not even as a prototype. The Goring hunting dagger was a standard seller on manions for quite a while as high quality copy for $450.00..

I didn't mean to imply that the Goring dagger was the same as the first one. The first one was definitely on Manions' some time ago. Either it or one just like it. It was sold as a fantasy dagger. I had copied photos of it on my old PC but they are gone now.
