What is the point of this? You start a new postin, add a subject line then type a large topic and add a photo. After you hit attach you get a message that your photo exceeds the limit. So you resize the picture then hit "go back" and find that everything you have typed is gone and you have to retype everything?

I will try that now

OK - I tied to load a picture that was too big and got the sytem message. I clicked on "go back" and it put me back to the post ... with the above message still there. So I will now load a smaller version of the picture.

Bob,

I don't know what you are doing, but clicking on "go back" does NOT erase the words that were typed.

I feel your pain! Very frustrating. It's happened to me a few times if I haven't resized correctly and go back to find all that I wrote gone. What I do now is after I type my text, I drag my mouse over the text, right click it and copy just in case. If it does happen I can just paste it back. Hope this helps.

If you are typing a long post, always do in say on your new message window of your email, and then copy and paste on to the "reply" window of the fourm. Any glitches and you still have all of the material that you spent considerable time composing, intact. It doesn't take a second longer to compose a post this way. Wink
