Sure are some interesting articles. From reading Mr. Shirer books and then now this article by him. You sure see how not everyone was taken by aback by the Nazis. Mr. Shirer seemed really opposite to National Socialism both from a political and philosophical point of view. He hasn't one good think to say. Really makes me wonder if there was any American writers who were pro-German during that period. My guess is there was very few, a lingering effect from WWI or the language difference? Who knows. Anyways great link I could look at these all day.

Thanks for the link to a nostalgic magazine. I enjoyed it!

Google continues its quest to scan every publication and make them available on the internet. I think scans like this are good for research purposes, but I prefer the look and feel of a real book. ;-)
