If you want to browse a website anonymously, you can use an anonymous web proxy site. They essentially "browse" the website you specify and return the results to your browser, but it looks like it's coming from the web proxy. There are tons around, just do a search on Google for "anonymous web proxy" and you'll get plenty of results.
