I received two {2} tabs for joining the site. Only now I thought I might list an item or two "for sale", thing is I continue to get a ERROR window? same with all other options I thought would come with membership {is it just me?}

You got two tabs because you paid twice by mistake. After our discussion, instead of a refund of the second payment you chose some lottery tickets. Your Premium membership is active but you need to restart your computer and try again.
