keep on trying to add more pictures of rifle assc. dagger. think i have the right size but i keep getting an error warning about "value". what does that mean in civilian talk.

Still too big by the sound of it. Right click on the picture on your desktop or wherever it is...........click properties, and where it says " SIZE " it needs to be less than 105 kilobytes.

Either reduce the dimensions or the quality until it is under the magic number.
