No too long ago, the page I was typing on to make searches, etc, occasionally would "jump down" on its own. Even more disconcerting is that my typing tends to get scrambled, regardless of whether I'm typing an email, conducting a search or other typing tasks. Is there any way to correct this? It is becoming very aggravating. Thank you.

Sounds like a dirty or faulty keyboard. The first two things to try are: one, unplug/plug-in the keyboard to make sure it's plugged in tight; and two, use a can of compressed air or an air compressor (not too high of PSI) to blow out the keyboard as there could be dust and other material causing problems. To verify if the keyboard is bad or not, try plugging it into another computer and see if the problem continues.

Aaron
