For some reason I keep loosing my login info on all of the sites. ( GD,WA, Ebay, etc) I have my browser (firefox) set to "keep cookies" but still every time I need to log back in. I ran a virus scan and a malware scan, both came up clean.

I have no idea when this changed but it is quite annoying.

Help!

Hello Jerry, I have been having the same problem for about a month however no one else had said anything so I thought it was on my end! Mine is even more bizarre, I log in on edged weapons then go to For Sale, it asks for log in again, THEN, when I click on a post in For Sale, it asks for log in AGAIN! However, it is intermittent. Confused Regards, Leipzig

My security system MacAfee wipes out my
login for this forum every day. None of the others are affected.

I use Firefox with no problems. OS is XP. I have a laptop with Vista and Firefox and no problems there.

I think it may be the brand of computer, other software - virus detection etc - and how browsers are set up. When I first started using Firefox I had many problems but kept fiddling with the settings until I got it right.

Dave, I have the same set-up as you use, except no Vista, and have the same problems with having to sign in every time now. I wish I could solve this problem.

In Firefox, click on TOOLs, then OPTIONS, then SECURITY and see if the box "Remember Passwords" is checked.
