This weekend I received a box from a deceased friend of my grandfather with 3 WWII items. My grandfather was able to authenticate 1 on the items (a bloc of red seal wax with eagle imprint) as he was there when they retrieved it back in the 40's (my grandfather got a SA dagger from the same soldier that day which I've been fascinated by since I was 10 years old :-)). He had no idea where the other 2 items came from though ( a cigarette case and a ring). While browsing the internet to get more information on the ring I realised there is very little chance this would actually be an authentic one (who knows maybe he got it from a local flea market), but given the fact I got it for free... I got nothing to lose, so please, give me some feedback on the attached pictures. Thanks
Hi,,welcome to the forum.. This ring is a copy. It has many problems.. Good for a wearing ring.. Please, take some time and have a look around at some of the topics and you'll see authentic HRs to do some comparisons with...
