Several weeks ago we orded stuff by HAPUR.
Never received something and he refuses to give
us the shippingdate .If someone has bad experience with him,let us knowe and we can start an investigation.

I asked him his name and he said Richard Purmalis but my email system says the email came from an"Alexksj Minajev". Minaeff @ yahoo.com.

I ordered a ring from him back about a month ago and received it promptly in about a week from Latvia.

Tried to place another order but have not heard back from him in a couple of weeks..The package he sent here to the USA required a "receipt signature".

Maybe he's gone on vacation, or no longer making
them.

Don't forget that many people in Europe take their vacation all in one shot going away for a month.

A couple other members ordered personalized HRs from him and had no problems with the deal..
I've exchanged a bunch of emails with him. He doesn't always get right back to you but eventually he will. It could be technical difficulties,,,give him some more time...Please keep us informed if anything is or isn't happening...Thanks, and good luck...,G.

First of all please have a little patience, I have not been at comp for just few days and you have overloaded my email with.... not nice things. Next, I sent you an email when rings were finished and mailed. Also I sent you picture with finished rings. What do you think I'm making personalized rings and then not shipping them out? what I'm gonna do with them?
Next, it's only a week since these were shipped, shipping date was june 26.

Yes you did send us pics...but you could not tell us the shippingdate...But i was rude and i didn't mean that...sorry.
Be honost about the shippingdate that is all we asked....and we will be happy with the rings afterall when they arrived.

I bought 2 rings from Hapur,he made and sendt them to me.
Once again thanks for nice rings Hapur,i use my personalized every day.
Other have seen it,and think it is a great ring.
