Hello to all,
I am trying to find out how i veiw,check(or purchase) the Dienstalt ss officers list so we can check a honour ring a freind owns.the ring has the name seetzen and the date 9/11/42.ive seen this date on another ring.He has owned it a good many years but after veiwing this site amongst others it may well be a good copy,as there seems to be alot out there.
Im not able to photo the ring until next week when i can post it up here.
any advice would be great and happily received

Found the name Seetzen only listed only once on the 1937 and 1944 liste.

1937 liste shows Heinz Seetzen without the ring or degen and show his party #2732725 &
SS#267231. D.O.B. 22/6/06
Looks like he was a Obersturmfuhrer in the SD Hauptamt in 37.
No other awards on this list.

The 1944 liste shows him awarded the degen and ring along with EKII. It shows he became a Standartenfuhrer on 9/11/42 (presentation date of ring) and shows him with RSi Hauptamt.

Good luck on the ring.
