E. , From the photos,,originally it looks like it was a blank ring. That someone cut this design in,,either himself or someone else..

These type rings are very tricky as you never know when they were made..

The main problem is that this emblem has been in constant use,,prewar and right up to today's times as its still a political party in Spain and elsewhere.. If you really must have it don't pay a lot for it!
