The first item would be slip on for shoulder boards for the Reg. "Der Führer". I just know the machine embroidered version so I would call these ones as a copy. The sniper veil is a big joke in case it should be a copy of the known SS one.

As because this cyphers are not machine embroidered. I have so far seen the 2nd. mod DF cyphers only chain machine stitched. Angolias SS cloth insignias book shows examples.

Also, if they were hand embroidered ( which as Robert mentioned they were not) they would not be done so sloppily with this kind of mesh backing.
