I am not complaining, but just am wondering how to ever get tables?

Have been trying for 2 years now, and this year when they made the announcement at the show to bring over your applications for 2009,I was second in line. Just got the letter today, saying sorry you are on the waiting list.

I am not slamming the show or organization, in fact I am a member. Just frustrated on how to get tables.

I understand. Just about everyone renews their tables now so the only ones available are from cancellations. We do have cancellations. Something always happens to prevent someone from attending the show. Some even may be unable to come back at all.

But--Here's a hint--You have a MUCH better chance of getting ONE table then multiple tables. If you ask for 8 tables you are not likely to ever get them. Once you get one table then you can request more and if one or more opens up next to you then you may be able to expand.

We would like to expand the hall area so we could satisfy all requests but we are not able to do it yet--but we are working on it.

You are correct we have been trying to get 3 tables each time. I will drop them a letter responding to the waiting list, and say we would even take one if possible....
