Can anyone provide the dates for the 2009 MAX AND SOS SHOWS?

Want to get the hotel rooms cemented in so that I'm not sleeping in a CAMPER!

John...When you book your room for the SOS.Dont book it at the Executive Inn or you will be sleeping in a parking lot.They are tearing it down to build a parking lot.The SOS has been moved back a week or two, to March 5-8 so the Car Show can have the whole building.Im assuming the gun showhas been moved back to.

MAX show is scheduled for 2-4 Oct,again in Monroeville,PA.

John, You selling that vintage truck? Looks like a real engineering marvel!

It is weird. I called the Radisson in Monroeville to try to make a reservation for the MAX and was told that there were no rooms available, they didn't know what MAX was and that there were no blocks held in reserve.

Can anyone help me or give me some information. I have already booked my flight in and do want to stay at the Radisson since it is so convenient.

Very timly subject as my friend called today to verify reservations made during the last show. The Radissson claimed no knowledge of a reservation dispite the fact he provided his credit card info which they were to process after the new year. He didn't have the reservation number they provided in Sep (a two digit number) handy, so will call tomorrow and see if their story is the same. If it is, bye bye Radisson..............! I'll post the outcome, but suggest anyone thinking they hold reservation check to be sure.

Just called the Radisson and they told me that everything was already fully booked.

What would be another hotel near to the Expo Hall ?

I've actually just made my reservationat the ExtendedStay America Hotel, which is only 1 mile down the road from the Expo Mall, cost of $ 89.99 + taxe.

Will be there !
All I need now is to book my flight.

Radisson confirmed they have not yet entered all early reservations into their computer, so some names may not reflect as confirmations. They said this will be complete by the end of March. We'll see.
