Request info on the WWII decorations of this Officer--Max Schenitzki. I have found his assignment, promotion and WWI decoration records but nothing for WWII. Thanks

Suprising how little information there is on this man available online, I did come across this picture though but does not shed anymore light on his awards I am afraid.

Very strange. Now why would an Admiral be wearing this uniform? I saw no change in service in his record.
