My guess is a commemorative cancellation for Adolf's birthday looking at the lower date.

I believe Adolf's birthday was April 20th, not May 20th. The cancellation appears to be for the 4th Reichsfuhrer and Leadership gathering in Brunswick, Germany, 20 May 1939.

You are right .No wonder he never writes me back when I send a card.

But that postmark has two dates and looks like some king of commemorative ?

Meeting was from 14th May to 24th May 39 card was franked on 20th May at 20.00 hours IMO
