MM looks like 1/52 for Deschler.

Emblem, could be for a flag pole or other type of plaque.

Back shows just a small mounting stud or it could just be a broken stickpin that's been worn down over the years. It's the same size as the one on the armband. the one on the armband is made of zinc and maker marked M1/52.
