Hi Chuck

The obverse pic of the IAB is pretty poor for showing any details but from what I can see it is a fake.

The easiest way to tell with this one is the eagle design. This one is all wrong for a Vienna Designed Hobacher.

L/24 SWB are very scarce and sought after, especially the type with the flat pin,(round pin is more common) post some better pics of that award, well worth checking out.
