4-Year SS Medal?

I would very much appreciate your opinion on this 4 Year SS Medal to see if this is the real thing. I would like to know if it is real and also who (Manufacturer) made it?
Any and all help is very much appreciated since I don’t know and this is my first such medal. I don’t find a lot of references either but if you know of some I would appreciate if you could point them out. Thank you very much! JME
