What I can discern from the images, the Flak badge appears to be a known copy of the Brehmer Markneu-Kirchen Flak badge. There are a few things to look for - flared M's and the M not directly above the K.
The Transport clasp I can not tell! Could you get a lighter sharper image of the obverse?

Others opinions?
