The ring is marked 12 or 22 or mm one aboth the other

I have never seen or heard of a maker marked Round 3, as all versions are thought to have been made by Deschler. The only one not made by Deschler is the Schinkel-B EKII. Jim

i am probably seeing marks tht are not there tool or plier marks??
so forget the marks is the cross good?

I don't believe the cross is real

1. The ring appears to be off centered
2. Missing the hump that the eye is attached too
