Hi folks I not a buckle collector, but do have some German buckles in my possession. This one is made of steel and has green painting. Unfortunate it is unmarked, but it looks original to me? What do guys think? Can post more pictures if needed. Best regards FJ
Looks good to me. A mixture of steel and aluminum parts which I have seen before. FJ, could you show a view of the side so we can see how the catch ends appear on the buckles sides?

Thanks a lot for fast replies Here are some more pictures. Did a check on the buckle now, and it seems like all the parts are magnetic? Best regards FJ
The prong sleeve and the prongs are magnetic? They had the appearance of aluminum. Could be silver painted steel. I see the post through the prong sleeve is steel.
Thanks for the additional pictures. Good "crank" catch buckle.
