Just a thought on the rzm tag, HJ paper tags are orange, SA tabs are blue. Seems to me the paper tag was added.

both the buckles are legit, but obviously manufactured by different way : the first one (tagged) steel die struck, the second alu iniection molded.

The RZM tag looks like it was added as Mazz says. That doesn't look like a proper way to affix a tag. Here's the only one I have so, there could be other ways to affix the tag. Nice buckle though, I just wouldn't price it the same as one with a "proper tag".

This tag has broken but, you can see where the piece wraps around the catch.
