I recently acquired this unmarked SS buckle from the widow of a Bulge veteran. Unusual? Value with no markings?

It is the most common of all SS buckles. Made by the Overhoff firm in 1944 / 45, these were not marked.

Jean Pierre, thank you for your input. Belt buckles are outside my usual field of collecting, but I needed one for a display. The missing catch was not important for my purpose, and I was trying to establish a fair price to pay the widow from whom I acquired the piece.
