you have an original WH buckle by Noelle & Hueck, hard to say if the buckle was painted in 1942 so probably issued to KM or later.

Thanks b collector, got 60.00 in it I see there is one on the sale forum just like it says coastal artillery,145.00, but its a little better cond.

navy N&H steel buckles painted like the buckles for the army...

you can only recognize by the accaptace eagle on the leather strap.
