I just aquired a HEER buckle painted black matte combat paint. Did panzer or any other units make use of this colour buckle.Buckle is unmarked may have had a leather tab at one time.

I rarely wander into the buckle area. Saw your post thought to reply.
Does it resemble the one in the link?

I am aware of the late war blue/black Heer style buckle.

The late war paint could look almost black depending of patina on some buckles (or how the paint pigmentation did react over time). So I guess Schorschi made his point here. But to reply to your original question, there was no particuliar buckle for Pz crew.
