No throat stamps is not a problem as I have seen a few over time without stamps. Looks like a very nice example in great condition.

Thanks ron ,if its a copy its a good one ,you are correct i got this for about three hundred quid a good few years ago dealers are looking at a grand in the UK .cheers

What I can see from the pics it looks like a very nice, original SMF flyer´s knife. Such condition is desireable and seems to become rare, especially with such unscared leather. From time to time they do appear without stampings. If the whole dagger is oirginal (what I do think as said) I would not care about about the absence of markings.
