To me this one says modern repro. Grip, grip wiring, hilt assembly, finish, high luster to the hilt and fittings.

note how the folding guard (obverse ) is round ....would not meet the D guard when folded down ....MODERN sword !!! , as well as looking like it just came out of a christmas cracker .

Definitely A repro and these are all over the place being sold as authentic at ****er prices and many have that 100 year old look! I know of at least two guys at the SOS who are sharp and they got hosed! I've seen this same sword on some sites out of England hustling these as genuine.
