Lets see some more DJ Hirschfängers, here's a couple I own, the one of the left is an Anton wingen Jnr, the other is unmarked but has a 1942 dedication on the rear of the top scabbard mount.

Dedication on the un-marked piece, I believe given to Willy by a group of your hunters in 1942.

They are both exceptionally nice Gary. Looks like a ton of lacquer on the Wingen & the blades are very crisp.

I thought I had one of the only Anton Wingen DJ daggers around.

Is your blade a little thicker than most of the other makers? I noticed mine is. Also the pommel caps on ours are both the deluxe type.
