Will someone explain what makes a good one ? I need one and don't have a clue.

Easier said than done. There are several things to look for. Buy from someone you know who will allow it to be analyzed and authenticated by people who know with a return privilage if neccesary. Otherwise I suggest not trying to buy one if you don't know about them. It is easy to get ripped off with these. There are archives at WAF that are pretty clear.
