I have what is probably an Imperial era hat.
It has black fur all around it.The top has a red felt like material that hangs over the right side while facing the hat.There is a white rope like appendage hanging from the other side. The front has a large metal skull and crossbones covering most of it.There is a metal like ribbon above the skull with the words,"MIT GOTT FUR KONIG UND VATERLAND" It has a gold band above that.What is it?
