Concerning quality, were not alot of these made by the BDM themselves as our younger Scouts do in the US today? I remember while I was in Germany that I received a couple BDM skirts along with an RZM marked jacket from the "vets" family that were not marked and when I asked was I told that their mother had made them while in the BDM. Just another perspective...

I have seen variants of the latter, and the first one I have no problem with..most of these types of pennants are ,as stated, fairly crude..

The black and white one would be for the DJ and not the HJ.
