There is staining on the arm band which appears to be blood. Is it best to launder these items, or leave them as is? R.W.

Just my opinion, but I believe it is best to leave it un-cleaned. Sometimes detergents can throw up black light issues which may make it harder to sell down the track. Also, I think it will hold more value and collectibility in its current condition.
