I would guess relatively modern souvenir flags ??

The yellow one is for the area including Hitler's retreat and the blue one is for a quaint town south of Munich.

hi dave,,thanks for your response,,,i just acquired these from the son of a 10th armored vet who brought these back along with some pins,armbands,flags,and the sword that i listed in the for sale section,,the vet fought in the Battle of the Bulge with Patton's army and i was curious about how he might have obtained these as his son could not provide any help,,, Confused

The blue one is from the 36 olympics. The others look like they might be from the same time frame. Nice stitching on them. Kinda remind me of the felt pennants we have here. Like schools and your favorite teams.

They are period, though ones like them are made today..as stated, they are more than likely Olympic souvenirs of the period..

thanks to all who responded,,these came from a 10 th armored vets son,who also had some neat flags,ground Rohm dagger,sword and some misc pins and medals,,, Smile
